If there’s any delay, it’s you we pay™. If we are late for your appointment, we will pay you $5 per minute, up to $300!

At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing we know how important your time is to you and that’s why we offer three different appointment windows. If your time is critical, you may want to choose a guaranteed one hour window. If your schedule is flexible try one of our guaranteed three or four hour windows. The choice is yours, but no matter which window you choose, our punctual promise applies.

You pick an appointment window that fits your schedule:

• 1 hour arrival time: $79 / or $49 for our Ben Society Members
• 3 hour arrival time: $49 / or $19 for our Ben Society Members
• 4 hour arrival time: $39 / or FREE for our Ben Society Members
