 I would like to acknowledge the plumber Steve Pressdee who was out to our residence.  We live in a Mobile Home Park in Lakewood.  We had a spraying outside faucet and the dispatchers were able to respond to our situation very promptly.  Mr. Pressdee was very conscientious and was able to complete a very wet, very cold, and limited access job with a lot of professionalism and courtesy.  In these tough economic times, your customers sure appreciate the job performance that Steve Pressdee presented.
