In March 2006, I had a sewer backup because the drainpipe in the basement had collapsed. Professional Service. I have read the other reviews. I used BF as they were the only available firm at 10 pm at night who could come out and replace a hot water heater that had failed. Jeff, the plumber was all over the work. He knew what he needed to do, he got it done and he did it professionally WITH a great attitude. He took time to explain what he thought needed to be done. I am an engineer and have done significant amounts of home repair. I felt that Jeff recommended appropriate changes and took care of the work. I felt the cost quoted was appropriate – yes, it was higher than if went to HD and bought a WH and installed myself, but acceptable at 10 pm at night. Since that work, I have had reason to have BF do other work, again Jeff was the plumber and again they took care of me. For the work, the service and the cost, I felt I got solid value all the way.
