Dear Ben Franklin Plumbing,
When you can’t do it yourself, you’re at the mercy of professionals- not all of whom deserve the title. But I want to tell you that Drilon and the phone support person from Ben Franklin definitely do the plumbing profession proud. Polite, prompt, skilled- all apply. More than that Drilon was kind. He took time to answer my questions, explain things, and give me a moment to compose myself when it dawned on me that my budget and my plans had a serious gap. It’s been a very long time since I needed to hire a plumber and I just didn’t know- but I think that the valve for my money was exceptionaland I intend to start saving and call Ben Franklin when I’m ready to tackle the rest of my plumbing upgrades.
