Just a quick note to thank you again for all you did for us regarding the water heater.  You certainly went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate all of your efforts.  Megan and Kate were my calm in the storm and Nancy you are truly a life saver, I really was at the end of my rope!  To all of your wonderful employees- I hope they know how fortunate they are to have such terrific employers.  Nowadays it’s nice to see a company that truly cares about a customer and not just a dollar sign.  Thank you again!
