I have always felt that the service was excellent and that the pricing was fair and equitable until this last experience. The service was very fine and the young man completed the job to my satisfaction; however, the pricing was outrageous. The technician did not have to use a single piece of equipment that I didn’t already have and yet the LABOR for the three (3) hours of work exceeded $350.00 per hour. I find this to be the epitome of over-pricing greed. From now on, we will be seeking other companies that have realistic pricing. I will no longer use your services nor will I recommend your company.
